Hardened blades made from carbon steel achieve a hardness of 59-60 HRC, which provides exceptionally high sharpness at a low price. These blades during use are covering with grey patina. This does not affect negatively on the quality of the blade, but increases its resistance to corrosion. After using the blade should be washed and then dried. In order to avoid the appearance of rust before storing the knife into the sheath for a long time, the blade should be preserved with a thin layer of olive oil.
