The backpack is made of combination of Cordura® 500D and nylon 210D. It guarantees the durability in key points, while allowing a lighter weight.
Each outer pocket, except a flap with a buckle, has a drawstring sleeve to protect contents from spillage. The main flap has got two flat internal pockets. Matilda is compatibille with MOLLE/PALS, pouches can be added at various points: at the sides, at the front, and inside, using a special panel. At the sides and at the bottom are fitted compression ribbons, that can also be used for carrying a camping mat. The carry system is based on plastic-stiffened back fitted with breathable mesh pads and anatomically shaped straps. Wide detachable hip belt with PALS attachment points is detachable.
