Terms and Conditions of Armyworld.pl Stationary Stores
1. The owner of the stores is Wojciech Miąskowski limited joint-stock partnership, registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, NIP 5892072022, REGON 521619153, Kartuska 29, 83-340 Sierakowice.
2. Complaint conditions
- In the event of a defect in the goods, the buyer has the right to complain about the defective goods on the basis of the warranty regulated by the Civil Code.
- The Seller recommends that the complaint includes the following information: identification data of the Buyer, a brief description of the defect, the moment of finding the defect.
- In order to process the complaint submitted on the basis of the warranty, the Consumer, if necessary, is obliged to deliver the defective goods to the Store address.
- The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
3. Exchange / Return of Goods
- The right of withdrawal without giving a reason does not apply to stationary stores.
- Each Consumer has the right to exchange goods purchased in the Armyworld.pl stationary store within 14 days from the date of sale in the unchanged state, upon presentation of proof of the purchase. The goods must not bear traces of use, in particular it must be clean, must not be damaged and have all elements, i.e. labels.
- The exchange of goods can be made for goods available in the store or for a voucher with the value of the returned goods.
- The customer may exchange a full-value item for an item of the same price. It is also possible to exchange for goods with a higher price with a payment of the difference by the Customer.
- In order to exchange the goods, it is necessary to fill out a form in which the customer should provide his name and address of residence. The form is signed by the Client and the Seller.
- Goods such as: underwear (including socks) shall not be subject to the refunds provided for in this chapter.
4. Invoice - please inform the seller to issue Invoice before completing the transaction. Legal regulations prevent issuing an invoice to a receipt.
