Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day they, or a third party indicated by them (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

The returned goods must be securely packed to prevent damage during transport.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• underwear,
• products with opened or damaged protective seals or packaging (e.g. gas canisters, lubricants, liquids, ASG and paintball BBs, airgun pellets),
• personalized or custom-made products,
• products ordered individually at the customer's request,
• sealed cosmetic or hygiene products (e.g. mosquito and tick repellents) once the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

The customer is responsible for the cost of packing and returning the goods. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the customer's notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the original payment method or, for cash-on-delivery orders, to the bank account provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order. The new order must be paid for separately.
