Low price guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority, so you can negotiate the prices of products you are interested in. "Lowest price" means the lowest price offered by a competing company for the identical product under specified conditions (the item must be listed as available).

1. Terms of the Lowest Price Guarantee

• Our company offers a lowest price guarantee on all products in our assortment.
• The ability to use the lowest price guarantee applies only to offers from stores operating within Poland.
• The comparison price must be publicly offered and available to all customers at the same time.
• The guarantee applies only to identical products offered by our company and competitors (model, version, specifications).
• Firearms and ammunition are excluded from price negotiations.
• To take advantage of the lowest price guarantee, the customer must provide proof of the lower price offered by a competing company. The interested party must contact our Customer Service department (wojtek@armyworld.pl) and provide all necessary information: a link to the product you're interested in at our store, a link to the product from the competitor, email subject: "Lowest Price Guarantee."

2. Claims Handling

• The review and verification of the reported lower price takes up to 24 hours from the submission of the inquiry (on business days).
• If the request is approved, our store commits to lowering the price of the product in accordance with the provided link.
• The consultant will adjust the product's price according to the terms agreed upon in the email correspondence.
• The decision on the matter is final and binding for both parties.

3. Exclusions from the Guarantee

• The lowest price guarantee does not apply if the lower price results from a pricing error.
• The seller has the right to refuse to lower the price in relation to a competitor who uses unfair dumping practices without providing justification.
