TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ARMYWORLD.PL LOYALTY PROGRAM (26.06.2023)
a) The organizer of the Loyalty Program for the Armyworld.pl online store is its operator - the company Armyworld.pl Wojciech Miąskowski Spółka Komandytowo-Akcyjna, Kartuska 29, 83-340 Sierakowice, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 589-207-20-22, phone: (58) 687-69-88, email: info@armyworld.pl.
b) The Loyalty Program for the Armyworld.pl online store applies to retail customers placing orders on the website www.armyworld.pl, it is valid from 26.06.2023 and has no specified end date.
c) The organizer reserves the right to terminate the Loyalty Program, along with excluding all benefits arising from participation in it, at any time. There may be a need for temporary or permanent suspension of the Program due to ongoing development work on the website of a programming nature.
d) To attend the Loyalty Program certain rules need to be applied:
- The participant must be an individual who has reached the age of 18.
- The participant must create an account on the website www.armyworld.pl and must be logged in.
- By participating in the Program, the participant agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the Program's operation, marketing, and statistics.
- Loyalty Program points start accruing automatically once an account is created. The user is not obligated to use the points added to their account. The user's points to obtain any of the benefits resulting from Program participation is equivalent to commencing Program participation and accepting the provisions of this regulation.
e) Participants of the Loyalty Program have the opportunity to collect points for actions performed on the website.
- Purchase of a product with prepayment - for every 1.00 PLN spent, the user will receive 1 point in the Program. Points are allocated to the user's account within a maximum of 24 hours after the order has been sent.
- Submitting a product review using the dedicated form - 5 points (reviews are approved by the anti-spam system, so the points will be added to the user's account after the algorithm mechanism takes effect).
f) Program participants will be eligible to redeem their accumulated points for the following benefits: permanent discounts or one-time discounts.

g) Program points are not awarded for shipping costs, gift vouchers, and wholesale offers and genuine military items.
h) In the case of purchasing products that are on special offers, the points will be calculated based on the special offers price.
i) If an order in which Program points were used is cancelled, the points will be re-allocated to the participant's account.
j) In the event of a product return, the points obtained for its purchase will be deducted from the user's account.
k) Withdrawal from participation in the Loyalty Program can be reported by email to: info@armyworld.pl. After resignation, the automated points allocation system will continue to add points to the user's account, but the user's personal data will no longer be processed for the purposes of statistics and Program calculations.
