- The latest model of the shoes produced for the Dutch troops by Haix company - one of the best in the world manufacturers of specialized shoes. Shoes are made of high quality grain leather with the Gore-tex membrane. Shoes used in good condition.
Footwear Haix in model Laars Gevecht Natweer looks similar to Nepal model but instead of nubuck leather are made of grain leather. Its exceptional resistance to abrasion makes them ideal for year-round, intensive use. Rubber part on the front of the shoes protects the tip of the shoe against abrasions. A three-layer Gore-Tex laminate provides waterproof and breathable properties.
Shoes are equipped with anatomically formed, exchangeable, washable insert which wicks moisture out and dries quickly. Insert perfectly absorbs moisture and it has at the same time antibacterial properties thanks to AIRFLOW channels.
Shoes are equipped with non-slip, oil and petrol resistent sole, which has a system of kinetic energy absorption and remembers shape of the foot. Shoes have also an intelligent system of lacing and SUN REFLECT system that reduces the heating effect of leather caused by direct sunlight.
Special function of shoes provides a "pumping" of fresh air to the inside during every single movement of foot (the moist air is released, and fresh flows through openings in the upper part of the shoe).
Shoes are available in three widths:
S- narrow,
M- standard,
B- wide.
Shoes are new, rated by the manufacturer among the group of the third quality footwear. They have a leaky Gore-tex membrane, so are not 100% waterproof and may have cosmetic defects. It is possible that the boots may not be as durable as the same first quality boots. Even though the boots are not full-value footwear are much higher quality than similar purpose footwear in this price class.
Footwear hasn't got a manufacturer's warranty. It is possible to return them within 14 days of receipt of the package, on the condition that they have no signs of use.
The HAIX® Climate system uses the pumping movement, which permits air circulation with every step – warm air is released and fresh air comes in through the vent holes at the top of the boot.
Pigments in the black leather used in the boot’s construction reflect the sunlight in order to avoid any unnecessary heating.

The shape of the insole is standard, the width refers to the construction of the shoes, which is given for the correct positioning of the foot of different tenons. The width of the shoes cannot be measured.
