The Bivi Cover in the XP II was made from high quality materials by the renowned company Carinthia. The bivi has the ability to mount a chassis that forms a kind of dome while keeping the face free. The material combination – lightweight, breathable vapour-permeable fabric and durable laminate flooring – creates the best balance of weight, durability and protection.

The product is intended for one person. The bivi is made of high-quality three-layer Gore-Tex laminate. The GORE-TEX® ARID LITE AIR technology makes the bivi absolutely waterproof and extremely breathable. Loops at the bottom allow the integration of a sleeping mat for extra comfort and protection from the cold. The vapor-permeable outer fabric allows you to sleep in a completely closed cover. The system with the vapour-permeable Gore-Tex® technology has excellent insulation properties and offers the user additional protection from the cold, especially when the cover is closed. The condensation of water vapour in the interior is reduced and the resulting water vapour is quickly transported to the outside. The waterproof locks are protected with a specially developed windshield.
