I decided to buy a pair in good ( sufficient ) condition as work boots. They need a lot ... of cleaning and disinfection.
I applied HAIX Shoe Polish Gore-tex and Colonil Nanospray; I changed the wornout insoles with Haix Perfectfit safety plus Military Dutch Insoles Mesh. The sole was treated a little for traction.
The result is a value for money pair of mountain boots !
