Small Chef Knife H. Roselli R700

A handy universal kitchen knife with a high edge, inspired by Japan. The weight makes it ideal for chopping vegetables, cutting meat and also has the ability to break small bones.

The 135 mm long blade is made of forged 60 HRC carbon steel and the birch handle is coated with linseed oil to ensure a secure grip even when it is wet.

Included in set is a knife stand made of birch, also coated with linseed oil.
