The medical backpack, made by the renowned German company Tasmanian Tiger, features a practical, clear, and highly functional design. The internal layout includes pockets, a scissor holder, and attachment points for medical equipment. The TT Medic Assault Pack S ZP IRR is designed to attach to the TT Plate Carrier QR LC ZP IRR via side zippers. The backpack can also be mounted on other plate carriers available on the market with compatible zipper length and width (Vislon type zippers, size #10, 24 cm in length, 25 cm distance to each other). Additionally, a MOLLE strip included with the zipper allows attachment to plate carriers using MOLLE (requires six MOLLE straps).

The laser-cut MOLLE system on the front and sides enables the addition of extra pouches or gear, depending on the user's needs. The organisation of medical equipment is facilitated by panels with adjustable bungee cords, a bottom attachment for items like an emergency blanket, and an internal transparent pocket with a colored hook and loop. The weight of the backpack with accessories is approximately 760 g.

The backpack includes straps (adapters) that allow it to be adapted to a ballistic or tactical vest. It is particularly suited for ballistic vests.
