Sleeping Bag SOF 2 Carinthia Olive

SOF 2, part of Carinthia’s "Fast & Light" series, was designed as a versatile sleeping bag that meets the high demands for mobility and flexibility required by special forces. Thanks to its double-layer G-LOFT® insulation with a weight of 190g/m², it provides thermal comfort down to 0°C and performs reliably even near freezing temperatures. Weighing only 1139 g and compressing down to a compact size of 28 x 18 cm, the SOF 2 is ideal for missions where every gram counts and space in the backpack is limited. 

The central zipper effectively minimizes the formation of thermal bridges, especially when the sleeping bag is used with other models from the series, such as the SOF 1 and SOF 3, enabling effective protection across a wide range of temperatures. The sleeping bag features excellent thermal performance, and large zippers allow for quick exit when needed. A color-coded labeling system with areas for patches makes identification and selection of the sleeping bag fast and easy. The set also includes a compression sack and storage bag, ensuring convenient transport and storage.

With its mummy shape, the SOF 2 optimizes thermal insulation while minimizing space, making it an excellent sleeping bag for mid-range temperatures. It offers comfortable sleep under common conditions, and when combined with the SOF 1 and SOF 3 models, it provides maximum flexibility - allowing for quick adaptation to changing situations and environments.
