Polar zapinany jest za pomocą zamka błyskawicznego, łącznie posiada siedem kieszeni. Cztery kieszenie z przodu oraz trzy kieszenie na rękawach. Każda z podanych kieszeni zapinana jest za pomocą suwaka. U dołu kurtki również umieszczono dodatkowy ściągacz zabezpieczający przed wychłodzeniem. Na rękawach umieszczono panele velcro dla łatwej personalizacji.
