Haven't tested yet but packs up in small space and weights almost nothing. Good for day hike pack or bugout/survival kit where weight matters. This type of saw is more of a backup, if you know that there is lot of wood processing ahead please do yourself a favor and pack a folding saw like Fiskars or Silky.
