The Skycrane II from Eberlestock is a backpack that consists of three parts: a basic J79 backpack section, a G1 pull-out pack, and a pull-down top flap that can be used as a bag. It is possible to enlarge the set with an A4SS weapon pouch, which makes it possible to carry a long weapon.
The Skycrane II backpack is an upgraded version of the previous model that was highly appreciated by soldiers around the world. The total capacity of the Scycrane II is 73 litres. It is designed to carry heavy loads. The backpack is fully adjustable. It was equipped with an internal aluminum and plastic frame. The base part of the module is a 38 litre backpack that uses Eberlestock's patented Cam Expansion System. Unique design of the base allows to use the backpack in various configurations. Molle straps placed on the front and sides allow you to attach additional pockets or necessary equipment. Inside, it has been equipped with organizers that make it easy to stay organised.
