Sleeping bag manufactured by the British company Snugpak, well known as a producer of high quality outdoor and military sleeping bags.

The Softie Elite 5 is intended for temperature ranges: comfort - 15°C, extreme - 20°C. Outer fabric Paratex Micro (100% nylon): extremaly durable fabric, is highly windproof and water repellent. Paratex Micro utilises closely constructed fabric and is exceptionally hard wearing but still remains soft to the touch. Inner fabric Paratex Light (100% nylon): lightweight, highly windproof, water repellent fabrics, exceptionally breathable and able to wick moisture away from source. Softie Insulation: synthetic (polyester) filling. It utilises superfine yarns bound with special resins to produce a luxurious down like feel. It is created from staple yarns which mirror the compositions of natural insulations. Reflectatherm Inner Fabric (100% Polyester): is designed to retain heat and warmth. A highly breathable material, which adds little to the weight or pack size. Mummy type: the mummy shape perfectly fit to the body and at the same provide perfect warm keeping. Built in Expanda Panel: unzip the jumbo zip baffle to make the bag wider for extra comfort it can be opened out to give much more ro om when needed. The extra space within the bag allows more air to move around keeping the bag cooler. Additional the panel act as a thermal flap.

Possibility to shorten the sleeping bag with the use of buckles to 175 cm.
