Knife is dedicated to make easier cut and prepare mushrooms. It is characterized by curved blade and boar hair brush for easy cleaning mushrooms. The blade provides excellent cutting properties. Blade has a serrated back for easy removal of the cuticle.
Profiled knife handle made of beech wood provides a secure grip. It is equipped with an incision allowing knife folding. Thanks to Viroblock blockade patented in 1955, consisting of rotating metal ring, you are protected against uncontrolled knife's unfolding or folding.
