The IFAK™ pocket comes from U.S. stock and allows you to carry medical equipment.

This product is intended to equip the individual operator with basic life support tools needed for immediate self-help/assistance to colleagues. The first aid kit is configured to be carried by the operator at all times. The BLS IFAK can be worn three ways: as a leg thigh panel (no attachment straps included), to an assault vest / bulletproof vest using MOLLE style connectors, or directly to a service belt.
